I’ve been a professional speaker since 1993. I haven’t seen them all — but I’ve seen a lot. The very first time I heard Tony speak, I was mesmerized. Immediately engaged. Pulled in.
What I love most is how Tony shows up: he’s authentic, vulnerable, and funny.
But it’s more than feeling good — you walk out ready to take action.
If you’re a meeting planner, Tony’s a sure bet. He’s fun, easy to work with, and can handle whatever gets thrown at him. Your reputation’s on the line — and with Tony, you’ll look like a hero to your audience.

Your audience doesn't need another motivational speech. They need the courage to do something with it.
Your audience has talent. Your team has ideas. But how many opportunities are lost to hesitation, self-doubt, and waiting for the perfect moment?
It's time to turn potential into courageous action.
Tony Suriano brings an unconventional mix of cinematic storytelling, humor, interactive experiences, and practical tools that challenge people to stop holding back and start pursuing what they're capable of.
As a filmmaker, Tony has written seven feature films and directed more than 80 projects across the United States and internationally, including productions in Canada, the Philippines, and French Guiana. He's even directed a rocket launch for the French space agency CNES.
As an actor, he's appeared in over 30 roles, earned audience-choice recognition for Refrigerate After Opening, and wrote, directed, and starred in the festival-selected Man Obsessed. He also appeared in Martin Scorsese's The Irishman, where his real-life father, Philip Suriano, smacked him in the head on camera. Yes, that actually made the final cut.
Beyond the film set, Tony has performed magic for thousands, coached creatives, and developed workshops & courses designed to turn creative potential into real-world opportunities.
Even in his downtime, Tony finds creative ways to practice courage—from riding his unicycle downstairs and pushing his limits as an advanced skateboarder to training in martial arts and solving a Rubik's Cube in 26 seconds (his all-time personal record!).
He believes it all connects...
Courage isn't knowing you can. It's being willing to find out.
Tony knows firsthand what it's like to have big dreams while waiting for the day you finally feel ready. His work challenges people to stop endlessly rehearsing their potential and start putting it into action.
Whether you're planning a keynote, creating an unforgettable team experience, or looking for a creative collaborator, Tony brings the energy, experience, and perspective to make your next project worth remembering.
Stop waiting for the perfect moment. Start creating it.
